2.1 Booking Process
All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking reference number.
2.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies by property. Generally:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: first night non-refundable
- No refunds for early checkout or no-shows
- Cleaning fees are non-refundable after booking confirmation

4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 Property Care
Guests are responsible for treating the property with respect and care. Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
4.2 House Rules
Guests must comply with all house rules provided for each property, including but not limited to:
- Maximum occupancy limits
- Quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
- No smoking policies
- Pet policies
- No parties or events
4.3 Violations
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and possible additional charges.
5. Liability and Insurance
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your stay. Guests use the property at their own risk.
